What does the online training package include?

My training is for women with busy schedules who struggle to balance life and fitness. I'm here to help you find a routine that works for YOUR life.

With my online training package, you’ll get a fully personalized workout plan built for your goals and lifestyle, frequent check-ins for accountability, habit coaching to help you stay consistent, and goal setting to keep you progressing. You’ll also have two Zoom coaching calls each month for support and adjustments along the way.

You can also add nutrition coaching, which includes customized macro and calorie targets and ongoing check-ins to keep you on track.

I offer only fully remote training. This gives me the ability to help anyone from anywhere in the world!

Not necessarily. Your program will be built based on what you have access to, whether that’s a full gym, home equipment, or bodyweight training.
